Shonky Downtime in Heterotopia.

Shonky Downtime in Heterotopia celebrates moments when and where the enormous global system of digital capitalism is broken down for dubious and subversive reasons by small groups and individuals through creative resistance.Edward Snowden’s activism in leaking details of mass public surveillance in “Citizen Sane” is a good example of Shonky Downtime in Heterotopia, just as a act of leaving an abusive relationship in “False Gods” can be. We look for the cracks in the system to obtain freedom and independence from forms of domination. To paraphrase the bard Leonard Cohen – forget your perfect offering. There are cracks in everything. See how the light gets in

Shonky will dich erleuchten und unterhalten! Bleib dran.
